Being physically active has been shown to improve your self esteem but I know that starting a programme can be overwhelming for some. By taking an overall, balanced approach together we can help improve your confidence in your technique and strength but also you.

Do you want complete guidance, more support or maybe you’re short on time? Then in person could be the solution for you. I can come to your home or nearby location (such as a park) and work through your programme together whilst providing accountability and structure. 

GROUP CLASS

If you live in the Rochester, Kent area and want to get fit with a group of like-minded people, then my group full body circuit class maybe for you

Do you want a bespoke programme, with support and accountability but flexibility to do the workouts as and when you want, then online coaching may work best for you.
