My approach is body-neutral, strength-focused, and rooted in care. We build movement practices that support your life as it is, not the one you’re told you should be living.

Body-neutral movement means your worth isn’t dependent on how your body looks or performs. Strength becomes a form of support, something that helps you live your life more fully, rather than a tool for control.

Online coaching with me works a little differently to buying a programme and being left to get on with it.

You'll receive a training programme designed specifically for you — built around your life, your energy, your equipment, and where you're starting from. But the programme is only part of it.

What makes the difference is everything around it. The check-ins. The conversations. The support when life gets in the way — because it will. Working through the moments where your brain tells you you've failed, or you've missed too many sessions to bother continuing.

That's the work that creates lasting change. Not the workouts alone.

Rather than rigid programmes or one-size-fits-all plans, we focus on building strength in a way that feels supportive, creating consistency without pressure, understanding your body instead of overriding it, and movement that fits your energy, capacity, and real life.

This isn't about letting yourself go. It's about learning to trust yourself again.
