Strong & Still Membership

A Monthly Membership for a calmer relationship with body and food.

Strength training for body, mind and soul. Opens 2nd November 2026.

We all know movement and strength are good for us. We know! That's not what stops us. Life gets in the way, and what usually comes with it is the guilt and shame of thinking we "should" be doing something, or the comparison that tells us we look like we've aged 10 years (when we have, in fact, aged 10 years).

This is a space to come just as you are, let your tummy out, breathe and then maybe lift a weight or two.

Once a month, Strong & Still gives you three things that fit around your real life, with no catching up, no shame and no guilt

For only £20! - Every Month You Get:

Body

A flexible, adaptable strength programme with 2-3 sessions a week, at the gym or home, with equipment or without. (Sent on google sheets)

Each month has a focus exercise and the reason it's included.

Mind

The work that keeps us training. People don't stop training because they don't know what to do, they stop because they get in their heads, the all or nothing thinking, the bad body image day, comparison, or just a crazy busy couple of weeks. The mindset piece helps you to notice the thoughts and answer them with some more compassion.

Soul

The part that gives your head a rest. Strength helps us feel capable. Stillness helps us feel calm, most of us get very little stillness, from the school run to work to dinner to a screen to bed and our head barely stops. Each month there is a small creative practice, during which time your hands are busy but your head can slow down.

How I Coach

Strength for everyday life, without any guilt.

Body Neutral - I don't make your body the project. Your body isn't something to fix. Our work together is about how you feel and what you can do.

Strength for real life - Your programme is built around the things you actually do: carrying the shopping, lifting the kids, getting up off the floor, having energy for a busy day.

No shame, and no guilt trips - You won't hear "earn your food", "burn it off" or "no excuses" from me. The way we talk about ourselves and our bodies matters when you're building habits for life, so that language stays out of our work together.

Consistency over perfection - We're not here for 12 week transformations. We are here to build something you'll still be doing in a year from now, through the busy weeks, the holidays, the sick kids.

A calmer relationship with food and your body - We all need a bit more self compassion in our lives and it starts with using gentle tools to help you get there.

Hiya, I'm Fran

I'm a strength and mindset coach. I've seen more women stop exercising over a messy week than over a hard workout. Not because they weren't capable, but because nobody taught them how to make the plan fit.
