Hi! I'm Fran

If exercise has started to feel heavy, full of rules, pressure, or shame, you’re not alone.

So much of the fitness world asks women to override their bodies instead of listening to them. My work is about doing the opposite: slowing things down, calming the nervous system, and rebuilding trust through small, consistent movement that actually fits real life.

Strength matters.

But it doesn’t need to be loud to be effective.

    I have struggled to find time to exercise since having my daughter and lack confidence in weight training. Frances was supportive from the very beginning, during our consultation she made me feel at ease to try new things and get back into working out. She is a mum herself so I really felt she understands the hurdles of making time for myself. She is flexible and we squeeze in circuits when I have small windows of time. She is patient explaining new movements to me and makes working out feel fun and positive.
